Well, some of you've seen my art. I know, IT FAILS. And I want to come to a new approach: Computer Art. Like Flash, but I'm tight on money. Does anyone know any FREE ways to make good art on the Computer?

gimp is a good free art program its like photoshop and if your not a proffesionel u dont need all the features of photoshop so its good
